One Pice Tourism is a tour operator arranging guided travel experiences and day trips. We publish information about our packages, destinations, and pricing across our website and connected social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
You may browse our packages, submit booking inquiries, and interact with our published content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and not to misuse our website or social channels — including attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
Package details, availability, and pricing shown on our website or social media are provided in good faith but may change without notice. A booking is only confirmed once we issue written confirmation and, where applicable, receive payment. Cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by package and travel date.
If you comment on, message, or otherwise submit content to our social media accounts or website, you agree it will not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe on anyone else's rights. We may remove content or restrict interactions that violate this at our discretion.
All photos, videos, copy, branding, and package descriptions we publish are owned by One Pice Tourism or used under license, and may not be copied, reposted, or used commercially without our written permission.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep package information current and accurate, we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that any specific package will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Pice Tourism is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, our social media content, or a booked travel package, beyond what is set out in your specific booking agreement.

05Social media integrations
We use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API, and Meta's Graph API for Facebook and Instagram, to publish promotional content — photos, videos, and captions describing our tour packages — to our own connected business accounts. These integrations are used solely to manage and publish our own content; we do not use them to access, post on, or collect data from your personal social media account unless you separately authorize a connection.
Your interactions with our content on these platforms (likes, comments, follows) are governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms where relevant to your relationship with us.
